How GoldiLox Works

What is Goldilox?

GoldiLox is a breathable, industrial composite that is temporarily adhered to polished or smooth concrete flooring. Our adhesive permeates and encapsulates a proprietary industrial textile, creating a composite floor covering that protects from weather, abrasion, spills, and markings during all stages of construction. GoldiLox is antimicrobial and antifungal, allowing you to frame directly on top of the protective surface. At the end of construction, simply peel off the composite material to reveal the clean surface underneath.

Inspect Goldilox throughout construction and spot treat any damaged areas (Note: Unlike other alternatives, Golidlox is easily cleaned by broom, shopvac or autoscrubber allowing it to stay down even after HVAC systems are turned on)

Near the end of construction, peel to remove and proceed with any stains, dyes, guards sealants, etc.

How to Install

Polish before walls are up and protect before framing.

Easy Application

Simply roll out the fabric and apply adhesive on top. The adhesive encapsulates the fabric creating a durable composite that is temporarily adhered to the concrete surface and peeled off to remove.

How to Maintain Goldilox During Construction

Goldilox requires little maintenance, but should be checked periodically for rips, tears, or standing spills. GoldiLox is easily cleaned by broom, ShopVac or autoscrubber allowing you to leave the protection in place well after HVAC systems are turned on.

Get 2 - 3 times the lifespan of GoldiLox protection, leave GoldiLox in place much longer through the buildout cycle vs having to remove dirty, dusty alternatives that are unable to be cleaned efficiently.
